For all you Star Wars fans out there this might be an old video but I just listened to it and I think it’s hilarious. I’m pretty sure the guy on the Microsoft end is an outsourced employee so that’s why he didn’t recognize the voice…but who knows if I would have recognized it..lol. Either way I think it’s a funny call and I kinda feel bad for him
