When Jon was going through the fire academy he use to bring a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and sometimes for kicks he’d add a banana in it. I never understood how good the combination was until he made me a sandwich. Wow.. it was super Yum! The banana is sweet and moist, the peanut butter is salty and sweet, and the crispy toast all make this combination perfect. Even though Jon didn’t fry the sandwich like this recipe, I still thought it was really good cold. Check out Jaime’s other posts on her blog for more yummy food photos and interesting thoughts.

Apparently this is a recipe from Alton Brown’s Good Eats and even though I’ve always known that preserves had a ton of sugar in it….but almost 4lb of sugar? WOAH!
